By following the corporate traditions of Uzbekinvest Company in the fields of personnel motivation that considers harmonious combination of tangible and intangible motivation tools, the listed contests among territorial subsidiaries in nominations of “The best underwriter of NEIIC Uzbekinvest” and “The best agent of agency network” of 2006 took its place for those who arranges the insurance agreements (selling the insurance policies) and enhances the profession image of Company’s underwriter agent, reported the press-centre of  Uzbekinvest Company.
On the basis of carried fixation of manufacturing indicators of Subsidiary’s staff during 2006, the best underwriter of the Company as a whole became the employee of subsidiary in Ferghana city - Haldarova Z. with a result of 36.04% out of subsidiary’s gross premiums by own contracts. At the same time, the winners were determined from all subsidiaries on the regional split basis in nomination of “The best underwriter of subdivision in 2006”. The winner in nomination “The best manager of agency network” became the employee from Khorezm subsidiary Rakhimov A. All winners were awarded with diplomas and money rewards in a ceremonial environment.
