April 18, 2007.   Board of directors of Open JSC TGC-4 on its regular meeting held on April 10, 2007 has approved Annual Complex Purchasing Program of the Company for 2007 in amount of 22, 3 billion rubles. According with Business Plan necessity in acquiring of goods, works and services of Open JSC TGC-4 in 2007 makes: fuel – 12,7 billion rubles; new construction, technical upgrading and reconstruction – 4,3 billion rubles; repair of power facilities – 1,5 billion rubles; operation and other expenses – 3,8 billion rubles.
It is planned to carry out 440 open competitions, 275 open requests for proposal, 609 open requests for price, and 255 purchases with “The only source”.
Nor less than 60% of purchases will be carrying out on the e-platform “B2B-energo”.
