OREANDA-NEWS. Open voting of the photo contest “Nuclear Renaissance in Pictures” has set off. On Apr 17 the jury of the photo contest “Nuclear Renaissance in Pictures” has started its work. The contest was organized by Rosenergoatom Concern for employees of the nuclear power sector, amateur and professional photographers. The major criteria are relevance, quality, originality and informativity. The winners will get diplomas, awards and gifts. Their pictures will be displayed at Rosenergoatom’s exhibition hall.

Besides the jury voting, we are pleased to announce an open internet voting. You are welcome to vote for whatever photo you like on a 5-point scale at www.rosenergoatom.ru and www.rosatom.ru from Apr 17 till Apr 30. The winner of the open internet voting will be awarded a special prize.

The application period was from Feb 15 till Apr 1 2007.

We have received almost 500 works. Several works were from abroad, which made our contest international.
