On April 11, 2007 open joint-stock company “Aeroflot - Russian Airline”, owning 100% of “Avia - leasing” Ltd. and 1000 stocks (20% of the authorized capital) of JSC “AST Aeroservis” (Norway) invited all persons interested in acquisition of the mentioned stocks or share to make offers to JSC "Aeroflot" till May 10, 2007, reported the press-centre of “Aeroflot - Russian Airline”.


Offer on acquisition of stocks/share from JSC "Aeroflot" should be documented by irrevocable offers with acceptance maturity till May 30, 2007, contain subject of the deal, price, order and term of settlements, other terms at the discretion of the buyer. JSC "Aeroflot" reserves an exclusive right to accept any offer of the interested person or not to accept it. Preference will be given to the offer with the highest selling price or other favorable for JSC "Aeroflot" conditions of stocks/share assignment and all other conditions being equal - to the earlier received offer. This invitation can not in any case be considered as a public offer of JSC "Aeroflot" of sale of stocks/share as well as any commitment to sell the mentioned stocks/share in the future. Therefore JSC "Aeroflot" is not liable for refusal to sell the mentioned stocks/share.
