OREANDA-NEWS. “KAMAZ” Inc. and Bibojee Service Ltd. signed an agreement on establishing the joint venture, which will have start working by the end of this year”, - Yevgeny Pronin, Director General of “KAMAZ Foreign Trade Company” Ltd. informed. The volume of investments in this project will amount 1,5-3 million dollars.

The assembly production of KAMAZ vehicles is already organized in Karachi, Pakistan (in terms of the licensing agreement). The first 20 trucks are built, 40 assembly sets of component parts more are delivered there. All vehicles are with right-side steering wheels.

The full capacity of assembly production of “KAMAZ” in Pakistan is up to 4 thousand trucks a year. Besides, “KAMAZ” plans to increase the localization share of component parts production on the territory of Pakistan from 15 to 40% by the end of this year.
