OREANDA-NEWS. Uralsvyazinform (RTS and MICEX: URSI/URSIP) – reports on the results of a tender to nominate the Auditor for 2007. Uralsvyazinform has summed up the results of the tender to nominate the Auditor of its financial statements under both Russian and International Accounting Standards as of 2007.

OOO Ernst and Young has been announced the winner in the tender after all technical and financial aspects of 5 competing offers were taken in consideration.

Tender results are further submitted to the Board of Directors for review and finally for the approval at the Annual General Meeting. The company and Auditor will sign the respective agreement upon the due approval of the AGM.
