Open joint-stock company "Aeroflot - Russian Airline”, owning 100% of “Avia - leasing” Ltd. and 1000 stocks (20% of the authorized capital) of JSC “AST Aeroservis” (Norway) invites all persons interested in acquisition of the mentioned stocks or share to make offers to JSC "Aeroflot" till May 10, 2007.

JSC "Aeroflot" reserves an exclusive right to accept any offer of the interested person or not to accept it.

Preference will be given to the offer with the highest selling price or other favorable for JSC "Aeroflot" conditions of stocks/share assignment and all other conditions being equal – to the earlier received offer.
