OREANDA-NEWS. In the period from April 16 till April 26, 2007 the city of Hannover (Federal Republic of Germany) hosts the HANNOVER MESSE International Trade Fair, which for sixty years of its history has been recognized as one of the biggest forums of the most up-to-date industrial technologies.

Russia is a traditional participant in the HANNOVER MESSE. This year under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation more than 50 plants and institutions of the Russian Defense Industries represent the achievements of the domestic industry in the sphere of manufacturing high technology science-intensive products and technologies of general civilian designation.

In the recent years the promotion of products of industrial, technical and civil designation manufactured by the plants of the domestic Defense Industries  in foreign markets has become a priority direction in the strategy developed by the Rosoboronexport State Corporation. The range of exported products embraces automotive engineering and spare parts for them, diesel engines and diesel-generators, architectural engineering, highway engineering and fire safety engineering, industrial equipment, bearings and cables, rolled ferrous and nonferrous metals, fuels and lubricants, chemical products, general mechanical rubber goods, raw materials. Since the year of 2001 the Rosoboronexport State Corporation has exported various kinds of products of civil designation to Algeria, India, China, Cuba, Syria, Finland, the Czech Republic - all in all to more than 30 countries in the world. Moreover, new markets are now being developed.

As the practice demonstrates, the automotive equipment is one of the products of civil designation, which is in special demand abroad. In the period between the year of 2003 and the year of 2006 the automotive equipment was exported to Bahrain, Qatar, Mexico, Namibia, the United Arab Emirates and Uruguay. The perspective of exporting the domestic automobiles to Argentina is being studied.

In the atmosphere of the growing demand for high-tech products, environmentally safe, energy- and resource-saving technologies  “Rosoboronexport” is taking an active part in the implementation of the innovative policy of the Russian Federation. In particular, to achieve this goal the Rosoboronexport State Corporation is carrying out a corporative program of the foreign economy and finance-and-credit support of the Russian enterprises, which develop and manufacture innovative products. A data bank of more than 600 general civil innovative projects, which are developed with the participation of more than 200 plants from 30 regions of Russia, has been formed. Many projects have a unique nature and don't have foreign analogues. They possess a high export potential.

Considering the HANNOVER MESSE as one of the most effective international arenas for carrying out active marketing and searching for potential partners in a wide range of products of the civil designation, the Rosoboronexport State Corporation demonstrates its own exposition as part of the Russian unified delegation.

“Rosoboronexport” leaflets, posters and catalogues offer foreign partners more than 200 high-tech civil projects, which cover such spheres as ecology, energy, mechanical engineering, machine-tool industry and shipbuilding, medicine, chemistry and development of new materials. 15 of them are demonstrated as full-scale specimens.

Much attention at the exposition of the  Corporation is devoted to the problems of developing and employing new materials related to the break-through technologies of the 21st century. Exhibited samples of threads, rovings, cloth made of the basalt-type rocks, can be successfully employed as a basis for increasing the solidity of various products.

Nowadays the developed industrial manufacturing can't exist without the most up-to-date environmental technologies. The Russian designers and manufacturers pay special attention to the development of the decontamination equipment in different spheres including water. Thus, the domestic water purification equipment that is water demineralization plants, filters with track diaphragms, small-size decontaminating filters, individual water purifying equipment, are capable of fighting the shortage of drinkable purified water which has lately become an acute problem in different regions of the world. The Russian projects in this sphere are characterized with technological novelty and reasonable prices.  “Rosoboronexport” exhibits the samples of filters made of a new 3D nanofibre filter material that are designed to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms and provide the level of decontamination from various types bacteria from 99,999999 up to 100%. Undoubtedly specialists will also get interested in the "KOMPO" aero ionizer of the next generation, which is designed to saturate the air with negative light oxygen aero ions and maintain their concentration relevant to the sanitary standards.

The technological safety of contemporary manufacturing is secured by environment control systems at industrial areas, in the regions of production of carbohydrates, in underground mines.  “Rosoboronexport” demonstrates samples of such systems, including the PZ-31 electromagnetic radiation gage, which are employed to detect and control biologically hazardous radiations in order to take measures to protect people from them.

The process of globalization of the world economy makes it urgent to provide a reliable communication system.
