OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2007. Directorate for Business and Fiscal Accounting of Novosibirskenergo has won the 2006 contest for the best Russian accounting department and was awarded the Honorary Diploma for its vigorous activity for efficient organization and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with the international accounting standards, following the 2006 work results, reported the press-centre of Novosibirskenergo.
The contest was organized by the Steering Committee of the International Forum of Accountants and Auditors. It is held with a view to award the best accounting subdivisions of various activity scopes enterprises and organizations meeting the challenges of accounting records maintenance to the best advantage. The winners are determined by the expert council composed of the leading Russian and foreign scientists, as well as accounting, audit and taxation specialists.
A hundred best accounting departments of the enterprises have been selected according to the following criteria: duration of operation in the Russian market, the business scope and amount, professional skills of the accounting departments’ managers and specialists. The victory in the contest has become another significant confirmation of the fact that the level of training of Novosibirskenergo specialists comply with the highest international requirements.
