OREANDA-NEWS. On April 11, 2007 in Usinsk Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, met OOO LUKOIL-Komi team to announce appointment of top HR management in the Company and its subsidiaries, reported the press-centre of LUKOIL.
Vladimir Mulyak, former Director General of OOO LUKOIL-Komi, was appointed OAO LUKOIL Vice-President and Head of the Main Division for Oil and Gas Production.
Azat Khabibullin, former First Deputy of OOO LUKOIL-Komi Director General, was appointed Director General of the subsidiary.
Dzhevan Cheloyants, former Head of the Main Division for Oil and Gas Production, was appointed Head of OAO LUKOIL Main Technical Division, which will include Industrial Safety and Environment Department, Science and Technology Division as well as Power and Energy Division.
