OREANDA-NEWS. On April 09, 2007 Gazprom has summed up the results of the competitive tender aimed at the selection of an auditor to perform obligatory annual auditing for Gazprom.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit became a winning bidder, reported the press-centre of Gazprom.
The results of the tender will be transferred to the Gazprom Board of Directors. In accordance with the established procedure the Board of Directors will submit an offer to approve Gazprom’s auditor by Gazprom Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. The audit contract will be signed after auditor confirmation on 29 June, 2007 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
