Halyk Bank is the First Bank in Kazakhstan to Offer New Service "Money from Visa to Visa – 24/7"
OREANDA-NEWS. On March 30, 2007 leading bank in Kazakhstan, JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan” and Visa International payment system announced launching of a new service “Money from Visa to Visa - 24/7”. This service covers any Visa card issued both in Kazakhstan and abroad, reported the press-centre of Halyk Bank.
With launching of the new service “Money from Visa to Visa - 2007” all holders of Visa cards in Kazakhstan, the number of whom today exceeds 3 million, receive an opportunity, round-the clock and knowing only the number of remittee’s Visa card, to transfer money through Halyk Bank’s ATMs.
Halyk Bank offers this service to holders of Visa cards irrespective of location of the issuer bank. Moreover, Halyk Bank enables to make money transfers in any of the four currencies: Kazakhstani Tenges, Russian Rubles, US dollars and Euros.

The “Money from Visa to Visa - 24/7” service was offered by Visa to its member-banks in CIS countries in early 2006 and Halyk Bank is the first bank in Kazakhstan to complete all works necessary for implementation of the service.
