OREANDA-NEWS. A Gazprom delegation chaired by Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee takes part in the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) in Doha, Qatar.

The Gazprom delegation met with heads of delegations from GECF member countries to discuss the bilateral cooperation issues as well as cooperation development between major gas producers at the multisided level.

Alexey Miller highly appreciated the decisions made at the Forum on setting up a high level working group to prepare an agenda for the next meeting which will be held in Moscow as well as providing large-scale investigation of the existing gas market from the view of the gas exporting countries.

Alexey Miller underscored that it will be the next important stage towards developing efficient international organization to unite the major gas exporters.
