OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2007. In accordance with the agenda approved by the Board of Directors of Svyazinvest on February 1, 2007, shareholders adopted the following decisions, reported the press-centre of  Svyazinvest:
1. To prematurely terminate the powers of the members of the Board of Directors of Svyazinvest.
2. To elect the Board of Directors with the following composition:
Leonid Dodojonovich Reiman - Telecommunications Minister;
Anton Vladimirovich Abugov - first vice President of AFK Sistema;
Kirill Gennadievich Androsov - vice minister of the Economic Development and Trade Ministry;
Boris Dmitrievich Antonyukh - vice Telecommunications Minister;
Karen Petrovich Markaryan - assistant vice director of Government Administration;
Vasily Mikhailovich Popik - assistant with Expert Administration of the President of the Russian Federation;
Lyudmila Ivanovna Pridanova - vice director of the Federal Property Administration;
Vadim Alexeyevich Stepanov - state secretary/vice director of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation;
Sergey Dmitrievich Shchebetov - CEO, Sistema Telecom
Leonid Dodojonovich Reiman was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Svyazinvest at the first meeting of the new Board of Directors.
