OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “MDM-bank” and “MIEL-Novostroiki” - division of the holding “MIEL”, have prepared the new partner program for achievement of optimum conditions of crediting of the clients.

According to the program, the interest rates under the credit for purchase of apartment in the primary market are reduced to 9,5 % annual in dollars and to 11 % in roubles, the press-service of MDM-bank informed.

Besides, there is no commission for opening and conducting of the loan account, and also there is an opportunity of pre-schedule repayment of the credit from the moment of its reception.
