OREANDA-NEWS. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the meeting of the Supervisory Council of OJSC “Bank VTB” were held.

The EGM adopted a decision on election of the Supervisory Council of the company which was headed by the Minister of Finance Alexey Kudrin, the press-service of the Bank VTB informed.

Besides, the Supervisory Council has made a decision on prolongation of powers of Andrey Kostin as the President-Chairman of the Board of OJSC “ Bank VTB”  for the term from June 10 till June 9, 2012.
