OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “VolgaTelecom” paid off and paid accrued interest on registered interest bearing paperless bonds of 5-У series.

The total payment to the bonds holders amounted to 1 003 769,09 roubles. The total size of the bonds yield was 3 769,09 roubles, and the yield per a bond – 7,54 roubles. The Company’s obligation is performed in full.

5-У series bonds of the face value of 2 000 roubles each were registered by Russia’s Federal commission for securities market (FCSM) on October 25, 2002, № 4-37-00137-А. The quantity of issued securities made 500 bonds.
