OREANDA-NEWS. MBRD expanded its Moscow region network by one more office. The Bank’s new office was opened in April 2007 in Serpukhov. There the Bank’s individual clients can handle various credit card transactions get consultations on MBRD’s car loan and general consumer loan programmes, reported the press-centre of  MBRD bank. The office is located on the territory of MTS office.
