OREANDA-NEWS. Chairman of the Management Board of RAO "UES of Russia" Anatoly Chubais and the Tomsk Region Governor Victor Kress held a working meeting to discuss the matters relating to the current operations and development of the region's energy system.

The chief executive of RAO "UES of Russia" and the Tomsk Region Governor also discussed the prospects for implementing the investment programmes of TGC-11 and the regional grid company.

As a result of the meeting, the sides agreed that, by end-June 2007, they will sign an Agreement on joint implementation of investment projects designed to develop the Tomsk Region energy system.
