OREANDA-NEWS. To provide its newly commissioned facilities with dependably delivery of telecommunications network in 2006 Surgutneftegas put into service a communication center at the Rogozhnikovskoye field comprised of an automatic telephone station supporting 300 numbers, a switch commutator and a base station of AccessNet tranking communication system, as well as a central exchange of the subscriber radio access system and a satellite earth station, reported the press-centre of  OJSC “Surgutneftegas”. To make telephone communication and data transmission available for the structural units in poselok Vitim and at the Talakanskoye field, the Company installed two satellite earth stations and two automatic telephone stations supporting 300 numbers. The satellite earth stations are supposed to be installed for 26 crews of Exploration Division as well. Surgutneftegas obtained the frequency assignment from Federal Communications Agency for its AccessNet tranking system (Rohde&Schwarz). The installation work is to be carried out within May-June, 2007.


The Company got expert conclusion on frequency nominals from the General radio frequency center to maintain telemechanics system at the Talakanskoye, Verkhnenadymskoye, Severo-Labatyuganskoye and Rogozhnikovskoye fields and as well as to provide voice communication for the Vitim temporary stations, Talakanskoye operation service bases and rig-building crews. The automatic telephone service is provided by 57 stations, installed and equipped capacity of which is 27 600 and 19 300 numbers, correspondingly. The engineering maintenance of automatic telephone stations is performed by Communication and Telecommunication Division of the Company. The total number of the telephones installed within the Company is 21 700 units. Presently, over 30 structural units of Surgutneftegas are using satellite telephone systems to communicate voice, data and facsimiles.
