OREANDA-NEWS. On March 29, the Gazprom Headquarters has hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Victor Rashnikov, Chairman of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Enterprise (MME) Board of Directors.

The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation between Gazprom and MME. The parties achieved accords on signing the Agreement of Cooperation and Sci-tech Cooperation Program.

The meeting underscored that MME’s 5000 plate mill construction as well as reconstruction of the existing hot strip mills would increase domestic high-quality rolled metal production capacities to manufacture a wide range of pipes with new technical specifications.
