OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has today assigned Ensorte Enterprises Limited's upcoming issue of limited recourse loan participation notes expected ratings of Long-term 'B-' (B minus) and Recovery 'RR4'.

The notes are to be used solely for financing a loan to CB Renaissance Capital (OOO) ("CBRC"), which is guaranteed by Renaissance Capital International Services Limited, Bermuda.

Ensorte Enterprises Limited, a Cyprus-domiciled limited company, will only pay noteholders principal and interest received from either CBRC or from the guarantor.
