OREANDA-NEWS. JSC Gazprom Neft and Moscow oil refinery’s shareholders Richard Enterprises S.A, Gregory Trading S.A, Phenix Assets Management Ltd which own together 46,76% of factory’s equity stocks initiated an auditing of Moscow oil refinery’s activities.

On March 27 an audit company BF-Audit which represents interests of Moscow oil refinery’s minority shareholders tried to carry out an audit of the refinery but company’s representatives were denied in an opportunity to enter the refinery’s territory as well as in the delivery of documents which are necessary for the audit without an explanation of causes.

Gazprom Neft considers such activities as illegal and intends to litigate these Moscow oil refinery’s representatives’ activities because shareholders which own 10% of equity stocks have the right to carry out their own audit.
