OREANDA-NEWS. On March 30, in the course of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov`s working visit to Astana (Kazakhstan) Vnesheconombank and the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The Memorandum aims to promote infrastructure projects, increase the output of high technology, high value-added products, create new jobs in the industrial sector, power engineering, transportation and in other Russian and Kazakh industries.

Under the Memorandum the two sides are determined to finance certain joint mid-and-long-term investment projects, export transactions, exchange best practices and expertise in relevant business fields.
