OREANDA-NEWS. On March 30, 2007 Severstal announced, that its stakes in Berezovskaya Mine, Pervomayskaya Mine, Vorkutaugol, Vorgashorskaya Mine, OLKON and  Karelsky Okatysh, previously owned by the company, were sold to Holding Mine Company, which is 100% owned by Severstal. It was done to improve the management structure of the Mining segment of Severstal, reported the press-centre of  Severstal.
