On March 28, 2007 OAO NOVATEK has announced that the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 24 May 2007 in Moscow, reported the press-centre of  OAO NOVATEK. The date of record for the list of persons entitled to participate in the Company’s AGM is 5 April 2007. All relevant materials pertaining to the AGM as well as the time and location will be made available to shareholders of record through the appropriate notification channels.
