OREANDA-NEWS. On March 29, 2007 RAO "UES of Russia" announced competition to select an investment bank or a consortium of investment banks to support the implementation of the final phase of the Company's reorganization, reported the press-centre of  RAO "UES of Russia". Preliminary bids for the project will be accepted until 4 April 2007. After the above deadline, a closed tender is expected to be held among the banks which submit their preliminary bids. In the course of selection of an investment bank or consortium, RAO "UES of Russia" will hold working meetings with the banks which will submit bids to provide specific services relating to the reorganization project.
