OREANDA-NEWS. The Supervisory Board of OJSC URALSIB has appointed Andrei Donskikh as Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC BANK URALSIB. Previously this appointment has been approved by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Nikolai Tsvetkov delegates all functions of the BANK's management to Andrei Donskikh, but will perform as the President of URALSIB Financial Corporation.

The decision to separate the functions and to appoint a new Chairman of the Management Board has been based on the fact that the business of the Corporation is expanding and there is a strong necessity to meet the best international corporate governance standards.
