March 20, 2007 Russia's Supreme Arbitration Court has overturned the Samara region Arbitration Court's decision from May 31, 2005, as well as the Volga Federal District Anti-monopoly Service's regulation, prohibiting shareholders from voting TogliattiAzot's shares, reported the press-centre of  TogliattiAzot. TogliattiAzot's shareholder Togliattichimbank, which was prohibited to vote its shares, made the motion. TogliattiAzot's spokesman Igor Bashunov pointed out that the company was satisfied with the court's decision, as the prohibition applied not just to a 6.1-percent stake in the company, but a much larger shareholding.
