March 26, 2007 the portfolio of IT-solutions includes 60 projects on 5 development levels of the enterprise - administration of business-analytics, production, resources, technological process and infrastructure. The first 4 projects will be performed at the innovation committee of KAMAZ Inc., their implementation is planned for this year, reported the press-centre of  KAMAZ Inc. Nowadays information technologies are penetrating into the whole life cycle of the enterprise - from production to finance. By the midyear of 2007 “DocManager” system (a computer-based document flow) will have been completely installed, the realization of “Bookkeeping 1S” project will have been started. It’s planned to implement a range of modules into production.

 
One of the perspective projects can be the introduction of CRM system. Each potential customer’s appeal will be recorded in the united electronic database which will allow to control work with the client. Last year a pilot project was implemented in Export Department of KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. It was decided to use this technology in the whole commercial service system. The strategy of information technologies development in KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. is fully oriented on conversion to the standard products developed by specialized companies. This will ensure high functioning, safety and operation ease.
