OREANDA-NEWS. On March 26, in the course of China’s Chairman Hu Jintao’s state visit to Russia, Vnesheconombank, the China State Development Bank and the Administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory signed an agreement on promoting investment.

The Agreement aims to establish strategic partnership, promote long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation as well as step up efforts to attract credits to finance investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Under the Agreement, at the initial stage cooperation will focus on projects in construction industry, construction of housing and social facilities, modernization of power engineering facilities and housing and communal services, transport infrastructure, development of mineral deposits, oil and gas refining, agriculture, food processing industry, logging and timber processing as well as on projects in financial and service sectors.
