OREANDA-NEWS. Effective March 27, ordinary shares of OAO "Yeniseyskaya TGC (TGC-13)" start trading on the Exchange Market and Classical Market of the RTS Stock Exchange.

The shares have been included in the Part of the Schedule "Securities Admitted to Trading but Not Included in Quotation Lists".

On 31 December 2006, TGC-13 completed the first phase of its reorganization. After the merger of OAO "TGC-13" and OAO " OAO "Krasnoyarskaya Generatsiya" with and into OAO "Khakassia Generation Company", the latter was renamed to OAO "Yeniseyskaya TGC (TGC-13)". The second phase the reorganization process will see the merger of OAO "Kyzylskaya CHPP" with OAO "Yeniseyskaya TGC (TGC-13)".
