OREANDA-NEWS. On March 23, 2007 the SOGAZ Insurance Group has been declared the winner of a tender to conclude state contracts for insurance services with the employees of the Federal Communications Supervision Service in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, reported the press-centre of  SOGAZ Insurance Group. In accordance with the terms of the competition, SOGAZ now has the right to conclude civil liability insurance contracts to cover vehicles operated by the employees of the Federal Communications Supervision Service in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Among the competitors were Russia’s largest insurers. In making its final decision, the tender committee took into account many factors, including the insurance terms offered, availability of a network of subsidiaries, and the qualifications of the contenders.

 
Aleksei Smertin, head of the SOGAZ Insurance Group Marketing Department, made the following statement: "With the cost of contracts set by law, the choice of a company to conduct obligatory civil liability insurance (OSAGO) must be based above all on the standard of quality of the services it offers.
