OREANDA-NEWS. URALSIB BANK signed a one-year USD 290,000,000 Asia-focused Syndicated Loan Facility on March 22, 2007.

The Loan was jointly arranged by Emirates Bank International and ICICI Bank, and largely involved Asian banks in addition to the participation of European banks.

The one-year Loan is priced at LIBOR+60 basis points, and was joined by 28 lenders from 17 countries.

The proceeds from the Loan will be used to finance trade contracts of URALSIB's corporate clients.
