On March 13, 2007 according to the decision of Board of directors of Sverdlovenergo Public Company, Mikhail Alexandrovich Dralin was appointed officiating general director of Sverdlovenergo Public Company, reported the press-centre of  Sverdlovenergo Public Company. Mikhail Dralin was born in November 20, 1972 in Penza. In 1994 has graduated from Penza state university getting a qualification on “Computing machinery, structures, systems and networks”.

The State Economics Academy, qualification “Development control over a company”;
State Management University, MBA degree on “Corporate governance”;
Mr. Dralin was working in a banking sector till 2001.
2001-2004 - assistant general manager of “Penzaenergo” Public Company on property and stock capital.
2004 - June 2005 - assistant general manager of “Penzaenergo” Public Company on economic and finance.
July 2005 - December 2006 – Director General of “Udmurtenergo” Pubic Company.
December 29, 2006 - executive director of “Udmurtenergo” Pubic Company.
