OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of OJSC “Kirovski Zavod” has approved the information memorandum of issue of a bonded loan.

Registration of the issue of bonds was carried out on March 6, 2007. The bonds are assigned the state registration number 4-01-00046-А. The closed joint-stock company "NOMOS-bank" has acted as the organizer of the issue.

The volume of the loan made 1,5 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each. Unconvertible interest-bearing certificated bearer bonds with the obligatory centralized storage of series 01 will be placed on the open subscription among unlimited circle of persons.

Bonds are placed at the price of 100% from face value of a bond. Term of circulation of bonds makes 3 years. Term of repayment is the 1092nd day from the moment of beginning of the placement of bonds.
