OREANDA-NEWS. On March 20, 2007 Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) ("RCC") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.39 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. The dividend will be paid on April 16, 2007 to holders of record on March 30, 2007, reported the press-centre of  Resource Capital Corp.

"We're pleased to announce a 2.6% increase in our regular dividend in light of the issuance of an additional 6.65 million common shares for net proceeds of $103.0 million, an increase in our share base of 37%, in connection with our December 2006 follow-on offering," reports Jonathan Cohen, CEO and President.
