OREANDA-NEWS. The Appraisal Committee under the Board of Directors of RAO "UES of Russia" considered the findings of review performed by the United Expert Council of the appraisal report to determine the market value of the rental payments for the non-residential properties of OAO "Chelyabenergo" prepared by an independent appraiser, OOO "Distan".

The Appraisal Committee stated that the appraisal report was not in full compliance with the Federal Law on Appraisal Activities in the Russian Federation and the Appraisal Standards which are to be used by appraisal entities.

The Committee also criticized the poor quality of services provided by OOO "Distan".

The Committee warned the firm that in case of further complaints about the quality of appraisal reports, OOO "Distan" would be removed from the list of independent appraisal firms accredited by RAO "UES of Russia".
