OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has today assigned a final senior unsecured rating of 'BBB-' (BBB minus) to TNK-BP Finance S.A.'s 5-year and 10-year bonds issued under its USD5bn guaranteed debt issuance programme currently rated 'BBB-' (BBB minus).

Under the terms of the securities, noteholders will rely on a senior unsecured guarantee from TNK-BP International Ltd. for repayment.

Bonds were issued in two tranches, one maturing in 2012 for USD500m with a coupon of 6.125% and a second maturing in 2017 for USD800m with a coupon of 6.625%.
