The Board of directors recognized competent offers of shareholders of the company:
* OJSC “Svyazinvest” (owning 50,6884% of voting shares);
* Russian Fund of Federal Property (owning 9,5916% of voting shares);
* Company LINDSELL INTERPRISES LIMITED (owning 2,2835% of voting shares);
* Company "Red Hand Investments Limited" (owning 2,367% of voting shares);
* Companies PROTSVETANIE HOLDINGS LIMITED, МEDVEZHONOK HOLDINGS LIMITED, Lancrenan Investments Ltd, PROSPERITY RASSVET LIMITED (in aggregate owning 2,0035% of voting shares).
