OREANDA-NEWS. 172 agricultural enterprises have stopped their operating within the last 10 years in Vologodsk region.

The main break-up occurred during 2001-2003. According to the Information Agency REGNUM, 79 agricultural enterprises of the region stopped their activity during those years.

Today there are 586 agricultural organizations, 957 country farms, and 195 private owners of a farm on the territory of the region.
