OREANDA-NEWS. The JSC “Gazprom’s” committee of directors has coordinated the acquisition of LLC “Mezhregiongaz’s” shares of nominal capitals in 17 regional gas companies.

The LLC “Mezhregiongaz” is an associated company of the JSC “Gazprom”. The main kind of its activity is providing Russian consumers with the gas.

The JSC “Gazprom” coordinated the acquisition of the LLC “Mezhregiongaz’s” shares of nominal capitals of the following regional gas companies: the LLC “Bryanskregiongaz”, LLC “Volgogradregiongaz”, LLC “Vologdaregiongaz”, LLC “Ingushregiondaz”, LLC “Kirovregiongaz”, LLC “Kostromaregiongaz”, LLC “Krasnodarregiongaz”, LLC “Kuzbassregiongaz”, LLC “Kurskregiongaz”, LLC “Lipetskregiongaz”, LLC “Mordovregiongaz”, LLC “Permregiongaz”, LLC “Peterburgregiongaz”, LLC “Pskovregiongaz”, LLC “Rostovregiongaz”, LLC “Ryazan’regiongaz”, and LLC “Tambovregiongaz”.
