OREANDA-NEWS. CJSC “CentreInvest Business Service” has become the winner of join-stock commercial bank’s “Moscow Industrial Bank” share holding selling tat the rate of 0.81% of the nominal capital at the auction.

According to PRIME-TASS, it was announced by Russian Federation Property Fund, which was the organizer of the auction. 

The nominal capital of the bank is 220 million RUR and it is divided into 220 thousand of equities of 1 thousand RUR nominal value for each. Specialized registrar of closed joint-stock company “Industry-Register” is the register keeper.
