OREANDA-NEWS. Based on the tender results the first coupon’s rate of the JSC “OHHC” bonds (series 01) is determined to be 9.24%, which equals the effective yield of the paying off the 9.45% each year.

During the tender 47 investor’s offers have been made within the 8.95 – 10.06% range per each coupon. The total volume of the demand during the tender made up 1 919 255 thousand RUR as a nominal value. During this tender 13 offers were satisfied making the total sum of 1 billion RUR as a nominal value.

According to the emission documents the volume of the distribution made up 1 billion RUR, the bonds circulation term is 5 years and the coupon profit is paid every 6 months. 


The loan organizer is “Troyka Dialogue” Investment Company. Underwriters are the Orenburg Hypothecary Commercial Bank “RUS” and Eurofinance Mosnarbank. Co-underwriter is SKB Bank.
