OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the report on the issue of certificated inconvertible coupon bearer bonds of series A9 of the open joint-stock company “Agency for Mortgage Housing Crediting” (AIZHK, Moscow), placed by the open subscription.

According to the presented decision on the issue of securities the issuer placed 5 million bonds with the par value of 1 thousand roubles each. General volume of the issue (on face value) makes 5 billion roubles.

The issue is assigned the state registration number 4-09-00739-A as of August 24, 2006.
