OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the issue and the prospectus of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 01 of the closed joint-stock company “Civil Planes of Sukhoy” (Moscow), placed by the open subscription.

According to the presented decision on the issue of securities the issuer placed 5 million bonds with the par value of 1 thousand roubles each. General volume of the issue (on face value) makes 5 billion roubles.

The issue is assigned the state registration number 4-01-21927-H.
