OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the issue and the prospectus of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 02 with obligatory centralized storage of the open joint-stock power and electrification company “Tyumenenergo” (Surgut), placed by the open subscription.

According to the presented decision on the issue of securities the issuer placed 2,7 million bonds with the par value of 1 thousand roubles each. General volume of the issue (on face value) makes 2,7 billion roubles.

The issue is assigned the state registration number 4-02-00159-F.
