OREANDA-NEWS. AB “Gazprombank” (Joint-Stock Company) and OJSC “Gazprom” have signed the Cooperation Agreement till 2015.

In conditions of change of structure of shareholders and decrease in share of Gazprom in the authorized capital of Gazprombank the conclusion of this Agreement is the extremely important for definition of long-term prospects of development of the Bank, and also further interaction with investors and clients.

The basic directions of the long-term cooperation designated in the Agreement mention both traditional fields of activity for the Bank, such as granting commercial, investment and retail bank products and services, and also new - in the field of innovative cooperation.

The opportunity of participation of the Bank in development of mechanisms of increase of efficiency of innovative activity of Gazprom, including due to expansion of forms and sources of financing of innovative projects of the company is provided.
