OREANDA-NEWS. Moscow hosted the negotiations on settlement of disputes between “Tomsk Municipal Systems” and “Tomskenergo” regarding settlement of debts for power resources.

The parties have agreed about payment at the rate of 130 million roubles by “Tomsk Municipal Systems” on account of repayment of debts towards power branch.

Besides, marketing company “TKS - Energokomfort. Siberia” will be transferred under management of “Tomsk Energy Retail Company” with its subsequent sale. At the same time, payments for the power resources made by consumers of the city to “Energokomfort” will go to the power branch under the stipulated procedures.
