According to REGNUM referring to the director of regional fund of housing construction Evgenie Dobryansky, in 2008 the bottom threshold of the interest rate under mortgage credit should not exceed 8 %, while today it makes 11 %.

Therefore in the near future decrease in the interest rate under the mortgages will be approved.
